PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pancake Ingredients

• 2 cups (283g) Williams Sonoma Blackberry-Lemon Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 2 eggs
• 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
• 2/3 cup (160ml) milk

Pancake Instructions

• In large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter and milk until smooth. Add mix and whisk until batter is almost smooth.
• Preheat griddle to medium high (250°F–300°F). Lightly grease with vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
• Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set, approx. 2–3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side, approx. 2 minutes. Serve warm.
• Makes 8–9 pancakes.

Waffle Ingredients

• 2 cups (283g) Williams Sonoma Blackberry-Lemon Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 2 eggs
• 6 Tbs. (3/4 stick/90g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
• 2/3 cup (160ml) milk

Waffle Instructions

• Prepare batter as directed for pancakes above. Preheat waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Makes approx. 5 waffles.
• Belgian Waffles Instructions
• Prepare batter as directed for waffles above. Preheat Belgian waffle maker.
• Pour approx. 1/3 cup of batter into each well of waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Makes approx. 8 waffles.
